Service Description
The Conversation Before I design anything, I want to understand what you're actually chasing. This is twenty minutes on video - no pressure, no pitch. We'll talk about how you want to feel that morning, what you love, what you'd never wear, and what's worrying you. I'll ask more questions than I answer. After we book, you'll receive The Beauty Brief - a short questionnaire that takes about ten minutes. Please complete it at least a day before we speak. It means our time together can be spent on you rather than on logistics. If we're right for each other, your proposal follows within 24 hours, built around what you tell me here. If I'm not the right artist for your day, I'll say so - and point you toward someone who is.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelations of services once scheduled are not permitted, only reschedules, unless there’s been a death in the family or for an unforeseen weather/ health anomaly, however deposit(s) is(are) lost. Any rescheduled within 72 hours have no penalty. Reschedule/ Cancelations within 24 hours will incur a fee of $150 due immediately. All deposit(s) is(are) lost, a new deposit would be required to secure new appointment.
