THE ROSTER

The on-site team works a ballroom. Sixty contestants, forty minutes each, an artist meeting you for the first time that morning and touch-ups billed as an extra. It is efficient, and it is not strategy.

At any one competition I take five. Never more. Every look is designed weeks in advance, rehearsed before it matters, and executed by someone who already knows your face, your gown, and your system.

Reserving your slot

A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement hold your place on the roster for that competition. Slots close in the order they are taken.

When to book

As early as your system opens registration. State weekends fill first; national weeks are typically reserved four to six months out.

A note on backstage passes

Some systems charge a fee to bring a personal artist, typically around $250, covering your workstation, chair, and outlets. It is paid to the pageant, not to me, and only one personal artist is permitted per contestant.

I will tell you exactly what your system requires before you book, so nothing surprises your budget.

THE COMPETITIVE DIFFERENCE

Interview and stage are not the same face.

Conference-room light reveals; stage wash flattens. Build for one and you loose the other. Switch rig to see what changes.

  • Lash: Natural density, open eye

  • Contour: Soft, structural only

  • Highlight: Controlled, no shine on camera

  • Lip: Balanced to skin, not to gown

  • Brow: Groomed, symmetrical, unhardened

Closed interview

Flat room light · 8 feet · no lens

Judges sit close, in even overhead light that reveals texture and edges. Everything reads. This is where heavy stage product becomes costume and costs a score, the goal is finished skin and features defined enough to hold attention without announcing themselves.

THE SYSTEM

Four phases, run in order, every time. Champions are not styled randomly, they are refined through structure. This is not everyday glam. It is stage engineering.

Skin Authority

Flawless glam begins weeks before application. We strengthen and refine the canvas so product performs at its highest level under heat and hours.

  • Texture refinement

  • Hydration protocol, inside and out

  • Oil-control balancing mapped to your skin type

  • Strategic exfoliation timing

  • Brow shaping scheduled, never last minute

There are no shortcuts here. Discipline shows on stage.

THE COUNTDOWN

Winning isn't decided the night of the competition. It's built in the weeks leading up to it, so your skin, hair, and presentation peak at the exact right moment.

4-6 WEEKS OUT

FOUNDATION

Hydration routine locked. Gentle exfoliation begins. Brow shaping scheduled. Trims and gloss handled now, no drastic color this close.

Discipline begins here.

2 WEEKS OUT

REFINEMENT

Spray tan trial. Final gown fitting. Jewelry tone confirmed. Hair direction locked to the neckline. Interview and stage intensity separated.

No new products from here.

3 - 5 DAYS OUT

PRESERVATION

Sheet mask. Sleep prioritized. Gown steamed. Emergency kit packed. Call times confirmed in writing with your director.

You protect the work.

THE NIGHT BEFORE

STILLNESS

Cleanse gently. Light hydration only. Accessories laid out. Walk visualized. Sleep.

Calm competitors command the stage.

Beauty is seen.
Strategy is remembered.

The Scarlet Stage Experience™

THE INVSETMENT

Every experience runs the Crown Method™. What changes is how many days of your competition I am standing beside you.

Rehearsal, not experiment. One complete stage hair and makeup look, tested under flash, with your lip longevity plan and hairline set for crown placement. A second look may be added for $150.

One appearance. Closed interview, opening number, headshots, sponsor events, or official photos.

Single-appearance bookings are available when I'm already on-site for that competition. Otherwise, competition weekends begin at the Showstopper level.

2 STAGE DAYS: prelims + finals. Timed glam schedule, hair touch-ups and style changes, lip and complexion refresh before you walk.

3 STAGE DAYS: interviews, prelims + finals. Timed glam schedule, hair touch-ups and style changes, lip and complexion refresh before you walk.

MOST CHOSEN

FULL PAGEANT WEEK, arrivals through farewell. Opening events, rehearsals, closed interview, prelims, finals, official appearances. Your Competitive Strategy Session, unlimited style changes and refresh, body glow, and your documented Look Book.

EXCLUSIVE

1 COMPETITOR ONLY.  I take no one else that week. Not one of five, the only one. Arrival through crowning, everything above, plus on-site gown assistance, unlimited style changes, daily strategy adjustments, and travel included.

Higher experiences are not simply more days. They are access.

At every level above Luxe you are one of five at that competition, already a fraction of what the ballroom offers. At Luxe you are the only contestant I take that week. No queue, no shared call times, no schedule but yours.

Five, then one. That is what the number buys.

Competitive Strategy Session: $250.

A 20–30 minute virtual consultation before competition week: gown color and silhouette, jewelry tone, hair direction, interview versus stage intensity, lash projection, and a review of your prior competition photos. Included at the Crown Method level and above.

Scarlet Stage Membership™ for returning competitors: priority booking, two seasonal trials, member rate, and ongoing skin guidance across the season.

Booking. A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement reserve your dates.

Travel available across Florida and nationwide; included at the Luxe level.

FOR DIRECTORS & COACHES

I work alongside official teams, not against them. Contestants who arrive with a designed look move through the room faster, need fewer corrections, and photograph consistently across the week.

Five competitors per competition as lead artist, never more. Additional artists available on request for system-wide coverage, briefed and standardized to the Scarlet Crown Method.

Fully self-contained. Suite, ballroom, or backstage. Own lighting, chair, and sanitation protocol. Two standard outlets and a six-foot surface.

Insured in the State of Florida. Certificate of insurance and W-9 furnished on request. Background check available for youth divisions.

Call times confirmed in writing. Arrival ahead of schedule. No contestant left waiting past her slot. Room left as found.

Age-appropriate artistry, always. Parents welcome in the room for every application, and the approach discussed with them beforehand.

Directors, coaches, and titleholders available on request across eight seasons of competition work.
